Our Mission

Our mission is to support parents, teachers and schools in forming young people of character through a fully integrated vision of education. We seek to develop the whole person—mind, heart and will—so that each person can grow in truth, virtue and resilience.

We seek to collaborate closely with families and educators, identifying the real challenges of raising children today, and offer practical, thoughtful solutions grounded in both tested research and lived experience.

Our Team

Within the Pared Foundation is a group of experienced educators called the Pared Academy (PA). A leading body in character education development, PA proudly supports the Pared Foundation’s mission through our work.

The mission of parent education is led by the Pared Academy, who carry out this work across all the Pared schools — designing and delivering various programs and initiatives that equip and support the parents of our schools and can be shared the wider community.

Additionally, we also have formation teams and mentors who support parents at each school.

What We Do

Through the work of the Pared Academy, we provide endorsed professional development for the teachers at the Pared schools with a focus on learning how to deliver our 1:1 student and family mentoring program.

We also provide practical tips and insights for parents by sourcing the best, most current research and working with subject matter experts in the fields of character development and family education.
