since 1982
Our People
We are a collection of individuals and families who are raising the next generation of leaders, together.
A small group of parents came together in 1982, hoping to establish a school in Sydney’s north that focused on education of the whole person; where parents are encouraged to worked closely with teachers to bring out the best in their students.
Built on the belief that both home and school are the key learning environments of every child, a united purpose between parents and teachers would be the basis for the schools, and exactly what set them apart.
Today, Pared Foundation is still made up of parents who are dedicated to offering students an education that fosters outstanding academic results, an enduring work ethic, and the practice of human virtues which develop character.
40 years later, there are now four schools of Pared Foundation in Sydney, Australia, leading the way in personalised education and a never-seen-before 1-1 mentoring system for each student.
You won’t find the level of personalised education anywhere else in Australia. Our schools assign a mentor to each and every student, who meets with them fortnightly, to work on academic and personal goals, and who partners with their parents to give each student every opportunity to work towards success at home and at school.
Over the years, teachers and parents of Pared schools have contributed to research on parenting, character education and development. Pared Academy brings together expertise, knowledge, resources and research for parents and teachers alike, who want to develop their understanding and practices when it comes to raising the next generation.
Parents
Your child grows the virtues of mind, heart and action when you lead from the front with great support from their child’s school.
Pared partners with Family Enrichment Australia to build parenting knowledge and skills.
Teachers
Pared teachers collaborate with parents to help each student achieve their personal best and discover the joy of learning.
At the Pared schools, we seek the integral development of each person. We strive to do the ordinary things extraordinarily well, seeing our work as a gift to God and as a service to others.
Students
Children grow in confidence and self-knowledge when learning, intellectual freedom and moral integrity are highly valued.
